About the Key Club Founder
HEY ✨ I'm Brittany, and I'm passionate about women in real estate having it all. The career, the family, the freedom, all of it!
I'm the owner and founder of Right Hand of a Real Estate Agent, where I teach women how to serve the real estate niche as a virtual assistant & transaction coordinator with no prior RE experience or license required. After selling real estate full-time for eight years, I firmly believe real estate agents are expected to wear too many hats in their business. In 2019, I opened my virtual assistant & transaction coordinator business. After 18 months, women began approaching me, interested in learning how they support real estate agents as a VA/TC, and that's when Right Hand of a Real Estate Agent was born. After having experience with both selling real estate and supporting agents as a licensed assistant, I'm now on a mission to bridge the gap between Realtors® & service provider support roles.
When creating Key Club, my goal was to build a community where powerful women in real estate could learn, scale, collaborate, & support each other. An online space that feels like "home," and from the moment that members join, they feel as though they've found their village of women in business.
I'm so glad you're here, and we can't wait to meet you inside Key Club, but until then, hi, I'm Brittany! 👋 A wife & boy mom of two little (adorable) monsters and a fur baby, Thor. I almost always have a Cinnabon coffee in my hands or at arm's reach. My husband calls me a lizard because I love to "bask" in the sun and be outdoors. Spending time with family & friends is my absolute favorite thing, and the only thing that makes it better is when we're out on the lake.

Do I need my real estate license to offer VA/TC services to realtors?
Some states require you to have either your RE license or an official TC Certification, but in most states, No, you do not need your RE license or a certificate to perform VA/TC services.
Do I have lifetime access to the courses, workshops, & challenges within Key Club?
Unless you purchase(d) them separately, no, you only have access to the courses, workshops, & challenges while being an active Key Club Member.
Do I have to have prior real estate experience to join Key Club?
No, Key Club is a place for women at all stages of business, even brand new. We'd love to have you join us!
Are the replays available for Guest Expert Trainings?
Yes, the recordings of all past Guest Experts & Speakers who came into Key Club are available.
Can I cancel my Key Club subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime and remain in Key Club until your current monthly or annual billing cycle is complete.
How do I qualify for the Match Maker Program?
The Match Maker Program accepts new service providers based on an application process every quarter. To qualify, a service provider must prove during the application process that they are knowledgeable & confident in the services they offer.
